Job summary

LVMH Beauty Benelux Division seeks a Junior HR Business Partner to support the Benelux region, reporting to the HR Director. You will partner with business leaders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions across payroll, contracts, onboarding and people analytics.

The role requires a degree in HR, at least 5 years of HR/administration experience, and fluency in Dutch, French and English. You will ensure compliance with employment law, manage benefits, absence, and employee relations with discretion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR and administration experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg with external providers.
• Provide HR information and reporting to management for data-driven decisions.
• Prepare employment contracts and new hire/leaver documentation; support onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor contract lifecycles and ensure timely written confirmations.
• Manage employee benefits including healthcare and pension.
• Oversee absence and health management and sickness procedures.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with labour law and regional regulations; support HR projects.
