Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory with knowledge of Belgian labor practices.
• Experience handling complex HR cases within established policies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide SME on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time/attendance, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Leaders to support business requirements and continuity plans.
• Assist with performance management administration and talent acquisition activities as needed.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HRIS and case management systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR processes across the service delivery model.
