Siemens Healthineers in Belgium is seeking an HR professional to support managers and employees on operational HR matters and ensure compliance with local labour law. You will manage lifecycle processes, data accuracy, and HR systems, acting as first point of contact for HR topics.

The role offers exposure to payroll coordination, GDPR, and process automation within a dynamic HR team. Fluency in Dutch and French is required, with English also useful.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Payroll, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist, HR operations or payroll experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour law and local labour agreements.
• Proficient in MS Office; Workday knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and other employment documents.
• Manage employee movements, promotions and organizational changes.
• Act as first-line contact for HR topics and ensure GDPR data integrity.
• Collaborate with payroll provider and support payroll administration.
