Job summary

Stanley/Stella is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Italy and Greece to grow the dealer network. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and nurture client relationships while aligning with regional managers to close partnerships. CRM discipline and travel to customer sites are key parts of the role.

You will build a portfolio, promote new collections, and drive growth across two markets with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Proven prospecting and lead-generation track record.
• Experience growing and managing a customer portfolio.
• Native Italian speaker with excellent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs; travel for customer visits as needed.
