Job summary

Stanley/Stella seeks an Inside Sales Representative for France to drive dealer network growth and nurture relationships across the French market. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales targets.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, promote new collections, and support market presence through visits, showrooms, and events in France. Fluency in French and strong English are required for this international role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar commercial role.
• Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience managing and growing a customer portfolio with long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Stanley/Stella ambassador in the French market by growing the dealer network.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities; follow up on inbound enquiries and leads.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within CRM systems; contribute to sales targets and KPIs.
• Support customer development and strengthen presence in the French market; accompany visits and showrooms.
• Present new collections and seasonal launches; participate in industry events in France.
