Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Brussels is seeking an IT Support professional to handle LV1/LV2 incidents for a European Institution. The role covers remote and on-site support, incident analysis, and VIP end-user liaison in a fast-paced, international environment.

Required are 3+ years of relevant experience, fluency in English and French, and IT skills (Windows, AD, MS Office). The office is in Brussels with a full-time schedule and competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be an asset.
• Experience with PC environments and remote/on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails as first-line liaison.
• Act as single point of contact for end-users (VIP).
• Conduct incident analysis to ensure effective resolution.
• Prioritize first- and second-line interactions for high first call resolution.
• Maintain meticulous records of incident and problem information.
• Provide remote and on-site expert support to deliver timely solutions.
• Assist with reconfiguration and installation of PC environments.
