You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical direction, and lead development teams on public sector projects.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, regulated organisation.

In this role, you will combine strong Salesforce development expertise with solution architecture and technical leadership . You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and maintainable Salesforce solutions while providing technical direction and guidance to development teams.

The role offers the opportunity to work with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud , alongside integrations, data architecture and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern Salesforce architecture principles, development standards and technical guidelines.
  
• Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple platforms and business processes.
  
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, product owners and project teams.
  
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation.

Development & Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership throughout analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience , ideally as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Senior Developer or Lead Developer.
