Job summary

EngiFlex BV in Brussels is seeking an IT Care Agent to be the visible first point of contact for colleagues, ensuring they can work efficiently every day.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and printers, assist users remotely and on-site, handle incidents, onboard new starters, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement. A company car and education budget are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of IT Support or Service Desk experience.
• Skilled with Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365, mobile devices and tablets.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience with printer support, preferably Canon and uniFLOW.
• Basic understanding of VLAN and Wi‑Fi.
• Fluent in Dutch with very good French and English.
• Clear communication and customer-oriented.
• Proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first IT contact for employees across the organisation.
• Provide support for PCs, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, tablets and meeting room technologies.
• Assist users remotely and on-site, directly in the office.
• Prepare and install IT equipment for new starters and support the onboarding process.
• Handle incidents and service requests with attention to service quality and user experience.
• Support printers, including Canon and uniFLOW solutions.
• Work with Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Use ITSM and ITIL-based practices in the follow-up of support activities.
• Provide basic support on network-related topics such as VLAN and Wi-Fi where needed.
