Fednot is seeking an IT Care Agent to be the visible, trusted IT contact for colleagues across the organisation. You will support PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technologies both remotely and on-site, helping with onboarding and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

You will work closely with Infrastructure and other IT teams in a collaborative environment, contributing to documentation and continuous improvement while growing your IT skills in a diverse environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years' IT Support or Service Desk experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online and ITIL is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to IT contact for colleagues across the organisation.
• Provide support for PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and meeting room technologies.
• Assist colleagues both remotely and on-site, directly on the office floor.
• Prepare and set up IT equipment for new joiners and support onboarding.
• Manage incidents and service requests while ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
