Community Consulting in Brussels is seeking an IT Care Agent to join a collaborative IT environment, delivering hands-on and remote IT support to employees and ensuring a smooth digital workplace. You will work with Infrastructure, Network, Windows and Service Management teams to resolve issues and support onboarding, equipment setup and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Practical experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
• Fluent Dutch, with very good French and English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Brussels at least 4 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary IT contact for employees across the organisation.
• Provide technical support for PCs, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and meeting room technologies.
• Deliver remote and on-site assistance directly to end users.
• Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees.
• Support IT onboarding and workplace setup.
• Manage incidents and service requests while maintaining excellent user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement.
