Job summary

Huxley Brussels is seeking an experienced IT Care Agent who blends technical support with a customer-first mindset. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, delivering remote and on-site assistance to ensure colleagues can work efficiently and with minimal downtime.

The role covers Windows environments, Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, and Exchange Online, with a focus on onboarding, incident management, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or End-User Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and ITIL principles.
• Fluent Dutch with strong French and English skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for internal users across the organization.
• Provide support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technologies.
• Deliver both remote and on-site support directly to end users.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy IT equipment for new employees.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth user experience for new joiners.
• Manage incidents and service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
