Job summary

Pluxee Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Farmer (Small Accounts) to grow and manage the Belgian small accounts portfolio. You will collaborate with the SME Sales Manager to retain and expand existing clients, balancing remote sales with in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities include portfolio management, cross-selling, contract negotiations, onboarding, churn prevention, and CRM data maintenance in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Fluent or proficient in French and/or Dutch; English a plus.
• Experience in inside sales or business development is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Belgium office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of small accounts in Belgium.
• Cross-sell and upsell services across the customer portfolio.
• Negotiate terms for contracts, including renewals.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from needs discovery to onboarding.
• Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies.
• Gather market insights and competitor information.
• Participate in trade shows and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce.
