Pluxee Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Farmer (Small Accounts) to manage, retain, and expand a Belgian small accounts portfolio. You will work closely with the SME Sales Manager and handle the full relationship lifecycle, including cross-selling, negotiations, onboarding, and retention, using Salesforce.

The role offers hybrid working with two days in-office, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing learning opportunities to grow within the group.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with remote sales experience and a focus on small accounts.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and/or Dutch; English is a plus.
• Proficient with digital tools including Salesforce, Outlook and Office.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio management and growth of small Belgian accounts in line with policy and profitability.
• Identify client needs, advise, and sell the full service suite.
• Negotiate terms, renew contracts, and manage onboarding with stakeholders.
• Maintain the full relationship lifecycle and retention strategies.
• Gather market insights and support events and internal communications.
• Manage CRM data in Salesforce and assist with onboarding of new hires.
