Pluxee is expanding its Inside Sales Farmer (Small Accounts) team in Belgium. The role focuses on managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of small accounts, collaborating with the SME Sales Manager to drive growth in the Belgian market.

You will engage in cross-selling, negotiations, and end-to-end account management, while leveraging remote sales techniques and strong organization to deliver results. Fluency in French or Dutch is valued, English a plus.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management & growth of small accounts in Belgium.
• Identify client needs, upsell and cross-sell services across portfolio.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and renewals for contracts.
• Manage full client lifecycle from needs to onboarding with stakeholders.
• Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of existing small accounts in Belgium.
• Cross-sell and upsell our services across client portfolio.
• Negotiate commercial terms for contracts and renewals.
• Handle the full client lifecycle from needs to onboarding.
• Identify clients at risk and apply retention strategies.
• Gather competitor insights and report trends.
• Participate in trade shows and events when needed.
• Log and update client data in Salesforce.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and support peak workloads.
