Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Belgium to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and account development. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, positioning UPS as a trusted logistics partner.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, growing a customer portfolio, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose UPS products and services.
• Sell additional solutions and retain existing business.
• Support onboarding and integration of new customers into UPS operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
