Pluxee Belgium is seeking an Inside Sales Farmer (Small Accounts) to reinforce our team. Working closely with the SME Sales Manager, you will manage, retain, and expand our small accounts portfolio in the Belgian market.

You will handle portfolio management, cross-/up-selling, negotiations, and the full relationship lifecycle with HR managers and business owners. The role requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral in French and/or Dutch; English is a plus.
• Results-oriented, resilient in a competitive market, comfortable with remote sales techniques and phone interactions.
• Tenacious, assertive, well-organized, customer-oriented, and a great team player.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management & Growth: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing small accounts in compliance with the company's policy and objectives.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify client needs, advise, argue, and sell our full suite of services across the portfolio.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate terms for contracts, including price adjustments and renewals.
• Full Relationship Lifecycle: Handle the full client cycle from needs identification to onboarding with HR managers and business owners.
• Retention & Churn Prevention: Identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies.
• CRM Management: Log and update client data in Salesforce.

Working closely with the SME Sales Manager, your primary focus will be managing, retaining, and expanding our small accounts portfolio in the Belgian market.Your main missions will include:Portfolio Management & Growth: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing small accounts in compliance with the company's commercial policy (pricing policy, profitability) and associated objectives.Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify client needs, advise, argue, and sell our full suite of services across our customer portfolio.Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms for contracts, including price adjustments and contract renewals.Full Relationship Lifecycle: Handle the full client cycle from needs identification to contractualization and onboarding with key stakeholders (HR managers, business owners, etc.).Retention & Churn Prevention: Identify clients at risk of leaving and implement retention strategies.Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitor insights.Events & Communication: Participate in trade shows and communication events when required.CRM Management: Log and update all required client data accurately within Salesforce, adhering to management guidelines.Team Support: Occasionally assist with the onboarding of new hires (peer accompaniment, product/tool training) and provide backup support to other teams during peak workloads when requested by the manager.You’re a MatchLanguage Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French and/or Dutch (knowledge of both languages is a strong asset in the Belgian market).
