• Proven track record of key account relationship management.
• Established network of HCPs and account management in Belgium.
• Experience using digital platforms.
• Able to navigate fast-paced, uncertain environments.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales, productivity, and other targets within budgets and timelines.
• Engage with Key HCPs in Belgium to address needs and promote Sandoz products.
• Interact with hospital networks, clinics, and events face-to-face or virtually.
• Collaborate with tender team to develop short- and long-term strategies for key accounts.
• Manage territory effectively and allocate promotional budgets.
• Provide compliant reporting of customer interactions and insights.
• Support change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
