Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• More than seven years’ experience with specialty products.
• Proven key account relationship management.
• Established network of healthcare professionals in southern Belgium.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience using digital platforms.
• Collaborative, adaptable and results-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital accounts through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Promote products within therapeutic areas and support their adoption across the region.
• Develop and execute customer-centric projects, account strategies and targeting plans.
• Collaborate with tender team to shape short- and long-term strategies for key accounts.
• Manage territory including promotional budget allocation and sales planning.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints per procedures.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records of customer interactions and performance.
• Gather and share customer, market and competitive insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Medical and Marketing on materials and patient-centric initiatives.
• Use digital channels and contribute to tool/process improvements.
• Support cross-functional coordination and change management initiatives.
