Job summary

Planet Pharma in Belgium seeks an Immunology Product Specialist to manage key hospital accounts in southern Belgium. You will build partnerships with healthcare professionals, promote biosimilar and hospital products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regional growth.

The role is field-based with a 40-hour work week, starting ASAP and a contract through 31 May 2028. The candidate should have a strong network in Belgium and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience with specialty products.
• Proven key account relationship management.
• Established network of healthcare professionals in Belgium.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience using digital platforms.
• Collaborative, adaptable and results-focused with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital accounts.
• Promote products within therapeutic areas and support regional adoption.
• Develop customer-centric projects, account strategies and targeting plans.
• Collaborate with tender teams to shape strategies for accounts and hospitals.
• Manage territory including promotional budget allocation and sales planning.
• Respond to customer inquiries in line with procedures.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records of interactions and performance.
• Share customer, market and competitive insights to inform decisions.
• Work with Medical, Marketing and other teams on materials and messages.
• Use digital channels and contribute to tool/process improvements.
• Support cross-functional coordination and change management initiatives.
