Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Customer and Logistics Intern to support the Supply Chain team in Belgium (Zaventem). This 6-month hybrid internship starts January 1, 2027 and reports to the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager.

You will analyze metrics, generate daily reports, and assist with order management, stock allocation and delivery coordination, collaborating across Sales, Supply Planning and IT to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and retailer metrics, logistics indicators, stock levels and more.
• Produce daily reports to support order management and integrated business planning processes.
• Support the customer service team in order management tasks like order entry, stock allocation and delivery coordination.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve logistics, order fulfilments and transportation issues.
• Work on process improvement projects under guidance from managers.
