Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Customer and Logistics Intern to support the Supply Chain team in Belgium (Zaventem). This 6-month hybrid internship starts January 1, 2027 and reports to the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager.

You will analyze metrics, generate daily reports, and assist with order management, stock allocation and delivery coordination, collaborating across Sales, Supply Planning and IT to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and retailer metrics, logistics indicators, stock levels and more.
• Produce daily reports to support order management and integrated business planning processes.
• Support the customer service team in order management tasks like order entry, stock allocation and delivery coordination.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve logistics, order fulfilments and transportation issues.
• Work on process improvement projects under guidance from managers.

Inthis6-month internship, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the best customer service. This hybrid role will be in our Belgium Office in Zaventem, and you will work together with other regions and channels across the business. This role reports to the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Analytical Skills–You will be analysing internal and retailer metrics, logistics indications, stock levels and more.
• Daily Reports–You’ll report tasks to support the order management and integrated business planning processes.
• Customer Service-Supporting the customer service team in order management tasks like order entry, stock allocation and delivery coordination in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaboration is Key–You will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Planning, IT etc.) to provide solutions and resolve customer logistics, order fulfilments and transportation issues.
• Continuous Improvement-Working on process improvement projects under guidance from the Customer Success & Logistics and International Business Planner managers.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Currently completing or recently completed a master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar.
• A previous experience (internship) in supply chain, planning, customer service, reporting or similar role.Strong proficiency of MS Excel, you have great analytical skills.Confidence in communication within an international, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.Fluency in English, (Dutch or French are a plus).
