JDE Peet’s invites you to join our Brussels team as a Customer Service / Supply Chain Intern. You’ll be embedded in the Belux supply chain, helping with order alignment, OTIF deliveries, and cross‑functional projects with Sales, Finance and Marketing.

You’re an enthusiastic student with a business background, fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, and available for 5–6 months starting February/March 2027.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic student; internship must be part of educational program.
• Strong communication and analytical skills desired.
• Proactive with ownership of projects and deadlines; results driven.
• Interest in coffee/tea business and B2B, e-commerce, sustainability.

Responsabilités

• Join the customer service team and support day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with customers to align on orders and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Finance & Marketing and 3rd party logistics.
• Develop and propose improvement ideas within supply chain and across functions.
• Contribute to local supply chain sustainability projects.
