Beiersdorf Belgium is offering a 6‑month full‑time internship in Sales & Customer Marketing to support commercial operations and drive promotional activities. You will assist with admin tasks, PO creation, SAP updates and budget tracking, while helping prepare promotion plans and sales templates for CNK codes and price lists.
You’ll work on KPI reports, material uploads to Deduco, sample planning, and cross‑functional coordination for field teams, with multilingual English and French/Dutch
Qualifikationen
- Previous experience assisting or supporting a (sales) team.
- University degree or studies in Data Analysis, Finance, Business, Economics or Marketing.
- Strong IT skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Nice to have SAP, IMS and B-One experience.
- Native speaker in French or Dutch, fluent in English.
Aufgaben
- Support daily admin tasks, vendor and purchase order creation, and SAP & Deduco updates.
- Contribute to sales plan execution by creating promotion plans and price lists.
- Prepare weekly KPI updates and assist in team projects and events.
- Coordinate deliveries, samples, and material uploads with cross functional teams.
