Job summary

Based in Belgium, the Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager leads a high‑performing team across Belgium and the Netherlands within Kellanova’s France & Benelux Supply Chain organization. The role is hybrid, on a 12‑month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Supply Chain Director France & Benelux.

You will champion service performance and drive the order-to-delivery process improvement. The successful candidate will own OTIF performance, mentor the Customer Service Lead and Customer

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in Customer Service, Customer Integration or Supply Chain Operations.
• Proven track record owning OTIF and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with digital order-to-delivery technologies (EDI, OCR) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Operations or related field; English fluent; Dutch and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Benelux OTIF (CFR/OTA) performance through disciplined management rhythms.
• Translate supply chain strategy into clear team priorities and standards.
• Drive operational improvements for truck utilization, full-load/pallet performance, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead customer integration initiatives including EDI, OCR and other tech.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across planning, warehousing, transportation and commercial teams.
