Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Benelux Customer Service and Logistics Manager based in Belgium to lead the customer service and integration team across Belgium and the Netherlands. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while driving operational excellence across the order-to-delivery process in a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in Customer Service, Customer Integration or Supply Chain Operations within FMCG or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record of OTIF ownership, service recovery and cross-functional collaboration across order management, planning, warehousing, transport.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, digital transformation and customer integration initiatives such as EDI or OCR.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations or related field; fluent English; Dutch and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service performance and continuous improvement of Benelux OTIF (CFR/OTA) through disciplined leadership and review cadence.
• Set direction and grow the team by translating strategy into clear priorities and standards for a dispersed team.
• Drive efficient execution by improving truck utilization, full-load/pallet performance, cube utilization and cost-to-serve.
• Accelerate integration initiatives including EDI, OCR and other digital order-to-delivery technologies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with planning, warehousing, transportation, customer collaboration and commercial teams.
