Nestlé Belgium is seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Intern to join the Supply Chain team in Brussels for a 6-month paid internship. You will support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order management and service excellence.

You will gain hands-on experience across order entry, delivery, invoicing, and KPI analysis, while contributing to digitalisation projects and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or holding a relevant degree (marketing, business, finance, engineering).
• Interest in transformation and change environments.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building.
• Efficient, organized with proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support order-to-cash processes from order entry to invoicing.
• Act as a point of contact for customers on orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance.
• Assist with dashboards, KPIs, and improvement projects.
