Job summary

Kemin Industries in Belgium is seeking a junior Logistics Specialist based in Herentals. You will manage customer orders end-to-end, validate data and Incoterms, and coordinate transportation and documentation, working across Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Warehouse teams.

The role focuses on internship-level learning in logistics, with a mix of operational coordination and process improvement, and requires motivation, customer focus, curiosity, and interest in logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or logistics role
• Motivation to learn export flows, documentation, and international logistics

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from entry to completion.
• Validating order data, pricing agreements, product specifications, Incoterms, and payment conditions.
• Preparing and coordinating transportation and documentation.
• Collaborating closely with Customer Experience, Logistics, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Plan and coordinate transportation activities in line with customer requirements and contracts.
• Provide clear instructions to transport partners and warehouse teams to ensure flawless execution.
