NCIM, located at NATO Headquarters Brussels, seeks a senior leader to drive HR transformation and enterprise services across NATO. You will coordinate HR, procurement, legal and finance to harmonise processes, manage ERP implementations and cloud HR initiatives.

The role requires deep programme management experience and NATO security clearance. The position is on-site, five days a week, with responsibilities spanning planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance across multinational teams.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, with HR focus.
• Proven experience leading HR transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large organisations.
• Experience with cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise-wide process harmonisation.
• Demonstrated experience in HR process design and transformation.
• Proven programme and project management experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong ability to engage with and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Active NATO SECRET security clearance before consideration.
• Willingness to work on-site five days per week at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage HR-related transformation projects and initiatives across NATO within scope, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and other NATO entities to align enterprise HR services.
• Lead the HR stream of the Business Services Transformation programme as the main coordination point for HR initiatives within CDT Division.
• Lead Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation including planning, engagement and working sessions.
• Identify and manage dependencies between HR transformation activities and ERP, cloud, data platforms and other services.
• Prepare briefing materials, options analyses and recommendations for senior decisions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on HR business services, ERP, cloud HR solutions and related tech.
• Advise on market trends and lessons learned from large-scale HR transformations.
• Support alignment between HR requirements, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption and NATO digital goals.
• Review project documents and deliverables, proposing quality improvements.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and mitigation plans.
• Support engagement with HR stakeholders to reflect requirements and harmonisation objectives.
• Monitor milestones and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Comply with NATO security protocols and data protection guidelines.
