Job summary

Vector Synergy in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Business Services Project Manager for HR to lead digital transformation initiatives across the HR function. The role requires steering ERP implementations, cloud-enabled solutions, and enterprise-wide process harmonisation with a focus on delivering within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation in HR domain.
• Proven experience leading HR transformation and ERP implementations in large international organisations.
• Experience with cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms, and enterprise-wide process harmonisation.
• Experience in HR process design and business transformation.

• Execute project and program management of business services initiatives within time and budget.
• Lead the Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation exercise, including planning and stakeholder engagement.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, specifically in Business Services, with significant experience in the HR domain ;
• Proven experience leading HR transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects in large international organisations, including initiatives involving cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms and enterprise-wide process harmonisation ;
• Demonstrated experience with HR process design, process harmonisation and business transformation.

Desirable :

• Experience working in NATO and understanding of relevant NATO policy ;
• Experience with market solutions in the domain of HR, ERP and enterprise business services ;
• Experience with commercial cloud provider platforms and/or on-premise cloud platforms.

Duties/role:

• Executing project and program management of business services initiatives, ensuring delivery of scope within time and budgetary constraints ;
• Leading the Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation exercise, including planning, stakeholder engagement, coordination, and facilitation of working sessions ;
• Supporting alignment between HR business requirements, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, data management, and NATO's wider digital transformation objectives.
