NCIA is seeking an experienced leader to drive HR Business Services Transformation across NATO enterprise initiatives. You will lead the HR stream, coordinate ERP and cloud-enabled HR solutions, and ensure coherence across multi-national entities.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, programme management, and the ability to deliver enterprise-wide harmonisation of HR processes with a focus on governance and risk mitigation.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation with significant HR domain focus.
• Proven leadership in HR transformation, ERP projects and large-scale business services.
• Experience in process harmonisation and enterprise-wide transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Project management, stakeholder management and communication management.
• Lead the HR stream within the Business Services Transformation effort and coordinate ERP/cloud HR initiatives.
• Engage with NATO HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders to harmonise enterprise HR processes.
• Document and manage risks, dependencies and delivery artefacts for HR transformation.
