Job summary

NCIM in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to drive Finance transformation across NATO's enterprise services. You will oversee ERP implementations, cloud adoption and data platform initiatives within the CDT Division, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline and budget.

The role requires 8+ years in digital transformation for Finance, strong executive stakeholder engagement, and NATO SECRET clearance. On-site work five days a week at NATO Headquarters in Brussels is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation within Finance and Business Services.
• Experience leading Finance transformation, ERP implementation in large international organisations.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-enabled solutions and data platforms.
• Proven Finance process design and harmonisation experience.
• Programme and project management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• On-site work five days per week at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance-related transformation projects across NATO, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal to align enterprise services.
• Lead Finance stream of the Business Services Transformation programme within the CDT Division.
• Harmonise Enterprise Finance processes and plan working sessions.
• Identify dependencies between transformation activities and ERP, cloud, data platforms.
• Prepare briefing materials, analyses and recommendations for senior decision makers.
• Advise on Finance ERP implementations and cloud-enabled Finance solutions.
• Ensure alignment with NATO's digital transformation objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, risk/issue registers and mitigation measures.
• Comply with NATO security protocols and data protection guidelines.
