Job summary

NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) Division at NATO HQ Brussels seeks a contractor to lead and coordinate the HR stream of its Enterprise Business Services Transformation. You will drive HR process harmonisation, coordinate HR-related transformation activities, and ensure coherence across ERP, cloud migration and related initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, HR domain.
Experience leading HR transformation, ERP implementations and enterprise-wide process harmonisation.
Strong ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead HR stream within the Enterprise Business Services Transformation.
Coordinate HR process harmonisation and related ERP/cloud initiatives.
Provide advisory support on HR business services, ERP implementations and cloud-enabled HR solutions.
