Job summary

The NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) Division seeks contractor support to lead and coordinate the HR stream of the Enterprise Business Services Transformation. The work is on-site at NATO HQ Brussels, Belgium, with a start as soon as possible and a contract ending 31 December 2026. Responsibilities include HR process harmonisation, ERP/cloud initiatives, risk management and senior-level briefing.

Qualifications

• NATO Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation.
• Proven HR transformation, ERP implementation and cloud-enabled solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program/project management and advisory support to CDT for HR-related initiatives.
• Lead the HR stream within the enterprise transformation, coordinating HR-related activities.
• Identify dependencies between HR transformation and ERP, cloud, data initiatives.
• Prepare briefing materials and options analyses for senior decision-makers.
