Job summary

NCIA is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Lead to drive Finance-focused business services initiatives within NATO's enterprise programmes. You will oversee project and program management, coordinate cross-entity efforts, and ensure harmonised finance processes and ERP-related efforts across the organisation.

The role requires strong English communication skills and a track record of influencing senior leaders in complex, multinational settings.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital transformation in Business Services with Finance focus
Proven leadership in Finance transformation, ERP deployment and enterprise-wide harmonisation
Finance process design and harmonisation experience in large organisations
Programme and project management expertise in multi-stakeholder environments
Ability to interact with senior executives and communicate clearly in English

Responsibilities

Lead project and programme management of business services initiatives across NATO entities
Drive alignment and collaboration across enterprise initiatives for coherence and efficiency
Manage risks, deliver scope within time and budget
Lead the Finance Transformation track and coordinate ERP/cloud/ data initiatives
Provide expert advisory on Finance business services and cloud-enabled solutions
