Job summary

NATO HQ Brussels invites a Business Services Project Manager for Finance to join the CDT Transformation team on-site. The role focuses on leading the Finance stream within the Enterprise Business Services Transformation, aligning processes, data, and ERP/cloud initiatives with NATO's digital strategy.

Responsibilities include program and project management, stakeholder engagement across Finance, HR, Procurement and Legal, and delivering cohesive finance process harmonisation with enterprise-wide

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation.
Extensive experience in Finance transformation and ERP implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Finance stream within the Enterprise Business Services Transformation.
Manage projects, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide SME advisory on Finance ERP and cloud-enabled initiatives.
