Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation in HR domain.
• Proven experience leading HR transformation and ERP implementations in large international organisations.
• Experience with cloud-enabled solutions, data platforms, and enterprise-wide process harmonisation.
• Experience in HR process design and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Execute project and program management of business services initiatives within time and budget.
• Lead the Enterprise HR Process Harmonisation exercise, including planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Support alignment between HR requirements, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, data management, and NATO transformation objectives.
