onetowin data services seeks an HR Operations Officer to ensure efficient HR administration across the organization. You will manage payroll communications, register sickness and suspensions, prepare contracts in ESS, and handle onboarding and related tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or Accounting or equivalent experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and fluency in Dutch and French. It is a team-based position with room for growth within HR operations.

As an HR Operations Officer, you are not only an important link within our team, but you also contribute to efficient and well-organized HR administration across our organization.

Detailed Tasks

• You manage the payroll mailbox and proactively respond to requests from colleagues.
• You register sickness cases and suspensions in our HR systems and ensure the correct processing of part-time return-to-work arrangements.
• You prepare employment contracts and maintain them in our HR system (ESS).
• You take care of the administrative processing of new hires, including onboarding profiles, company cars, and related activities.
• You provide support to the HR team where needed (time management controls, processing employee benefits in the payroll system, and maintaining personnel files).

COMPETENCES

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or graduate qualification in Human Resources, Accounting, or have equivalent relevant experience.
• You are communicative, open-minded, and a true team player.
• You have a solid knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and French.
