onetowin data services seeks an HR Operations Officer to ensure efficient HR administration across the organization. You will manage payroll communications, register sickness and suspensions, prepare contracts in ESS, and handle onboarding and related tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or Accounting or equivalent experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and fluency in Dutch and French. It is a team-based position with room for growth within HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Accounting, or related experience.
• Communicative, open-minded and a true team player.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good command of Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll mailbox and respond to colleagues' requests.
• Register sickness cases and suspensions in HR systems.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain them in ESS.
• Handle onboarding admin, profiles, company cars and related tasks.
• Support HR team with time management controls and benefits processing.
