Sagacify in Brussels is looking for an HR intern passionate about recruitment and process optimisation for a temporary role. You'll assist with HR tasks, enhance company policies, and engage in team-building activities.

This opportunity requires familiarity with presentation tools, and fluency in French with English proficiency, while providing a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Responsabilités

• Support for HR operational tasks including drafting offer letters and contracts.
• Assistance with HR initiatives and projects.
• Preparation of internal and external communication materials.
• Support in reviewing and improving company policies and procedures.
• Analysis of existing HR data and identifying future HR content needs.
• Participation in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement events.

Connaissances

Familiarity with presentation tools like Canva or Gamma

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace

Fluency in French

Professional proficiency in English
