DynaFin Consulting is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Brussels HR team for a 3-month internship starting January 2027. This hands-on role offers you the chance to discover recruitment from the inside and contribute to the hiring process.

You’ll source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial calls, publish job ads, support LinkedIn campaigns, and help maintain recruitment data. The internship is ideal for students in HR, Communications, or related fields who want practical

Qualifications

• Currently studying Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in recruitment, people and communication.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; understand the other national language.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen CVs and applications.
• Conduct first screening calls with candidates.
• Publish and follow up on job advertisements.
• Support LinkedIn recruitment campaigns and create posts.
• Update candidate information and maintain recruitment data.
• Follow candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
• Support HR and recruitment activities day-to-day.
