FleishmanHillard Brussels is seeking a graduate intern to support the Human Resources team, providing business administration support and assisting with learning and development initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

You will gain hands-on HR exposure across induction, recruitment and document management, with mentoring from HR professionals in a dynamic, international network and a flexible hybrid working model in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong written and oral English communication.
• Basic MS Office proficiency including Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support across HR tasks including induction, recruitment and document management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve processes and employee experience.
• Support training coordination: scheduling, tracking, feedback collection and reporting.
• Assist with reporting and compliance-related tasks.
