EngiFlex is seeking a Talent Recruiter to join the Brussels HR team on a temporary reinforcement basis. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Belgian HQ and European branches, focusing on sourcing strategies and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues to define effective approaches, maintaining meticulous records in the ATS. Fluent English plus Dutch or French are required, with a minimum Bachelor’s in HR and 5 years’ recruitment

• Competency-based interviewing using STAR method and personality assessments.
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to translate recruitment needs into talent pipelines and sourcing plans.
• Organised, proactive and collaborative team player with experience in ATS.

Tasks and responsibilities

For temporary reinforcement of an HR team in Brussels, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter. The role covers recruitment activities for the Belgian headquarters as well as several European branches in France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the Netherlands.

• You oversee the full recruitment cycle: intake of hiring needs, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, test coordination and offer discussions for a variety of profiles.


• You collaborate closely with recruitment colleagues and hiring managers to define and execute effective sourcing strategies.


• You serve as a reliable point of contact for both the business and candidates, ensuring a strong and positive candidate experience throughout the process.


• You maintain accurate data in the recruitment system and keep records up to date.

Your profile

• You hold at least a bachelor\'s degree in human resources or a related field.


• You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within insurance or financial services.


• You are passionate about working with people and you apply a competency-based approach, including competency-based interviewing, the STAR method and personality assessments.


• You communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, and you build strong relationships with hiring managers, executive stakeholders and candidates.


• You have solid business understanding and can translate recruitment needs into talent pipelines and sourcing plans.


• You work proactively, accurately and in a well-organised way.


• You are a collaborative team player with a positive mindset.


• You have experience with ATS tools; knowledge of Cegid/Talentsoft is a plus.


• Languages: Dutch or French, and English.
