The Standard, Brussels is seeking vibrant trainees for a 6‑month HR internship in Brussels. You will support day‑to‑day HR activities, onboarding, payroll procedures, and events in a lively hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Internship students with a 6‑month duration, supporting HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the arrival of a new associate, ensuring necessary paperwork is on file.
• Foster a friendly working environment and show empathy to associates and candidates.
• Assist with day‑to‑day HR office operations and order office supplies as needed.
• Support payroll procedures and benefits administration.
• Track events such as birthdays, anniversaries and weddings.
• Assist the HR Director & Coordinator in daily tasks and projects.
• Complete internship agreements and related documents.
• Be in charge of trainees and support internal training initiatives.
• Contribute to activities that strengthen staff relations and cohesion.
