Job summary

efficy Group in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking an HR Operations & Rewards Intern to join its central HR team. You’ll support analytics, job mapping and remuneration projects while gaining hands-on experience in a growing European SaaS company.

You’ll report to the HR Operations Manager, work in a hybrid setup, and contribute to real HR projects from day one. Ideal candidates are business/HR students fluent in English, with Excel and PowerPoint skills, and available for six months starting January

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business or related field.
Available January 2027 for 6 months with university internship agreement.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset; translate data into clear recommendations.
Collaborative work style; able to work independently and with the team.
Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
Hybrid work: Brussels office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

HR processes: support HR structures, procedures, analyses for decision-making.
Analytics and reporting: analyze HR data in Excel and present findings in PowerPoint.
Attendance and workplace: evaluate attendance policies and organise office/home setups.
Job mapping and rewards: contribute to job mapping and remuneration design.
HR back-office: support day-to-day HR operations.
