ACT-ON GROUP in Belgium is seeking an HR Technology Consultant to drive HRIS implementations, advise on HR technology trends, and optimize integrations across HR systems. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT and business stakeholders.

We value 3–8 years in HRIS/HR consulting, strong analytics, and fluent Dutch and English. A hybrid Brussels-based work setup is offered with mentorship, trainings, and an international, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or IT.
• 3–8 years of HRIS or HR consulting experience.
• Experience in HR software implementations and analytics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRIS implementation and optimization.
• Provide expert advice on HR technology trends and best practices.
• Configure systems, troubleshoot, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to integrate technology.
• Train HR teams and end-users on new systems.
• Stay up-to-date with HR trends and tools.
