Job summary

efficy Group in Brussels, Belgium is offering a 6-month HR Operations & Rewards internship (English & French speaking). You’ll join the central HR team to support analytics, job mapping and remuneration design, with real projects from day one.

The role is hybrid, starting January 27, 2027, reporting to the HR Operations Manager. You’ll build skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR data storytelling while contributing to European SaaS HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics and reporting
• Fluent in English and French with professional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes, analytics, and reporting
• Contribute to job mapping and remuneration design
• Analyse HR data in Excel and present findings in PowerPoint
• Assist with attendance policies and office/home-working arrangements
• Support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid setup
