Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support the Front Office team during shifts.
• Own daily operations and solve problems quickly.
• Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Build relationships with international, corporate, and long-stay guests.
• Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and ways of working.
