Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen its Belgian market presence and support the next phase of commercial growth. You will report to the Sales Director and connect Marketing with Sales, Product, Operations and global teams.

Lead local campaigns, adapt European/global assets, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results through data and AI-driven marketing. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required in this cross-functional role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B tech/security/services.
• Strong digital marketing, content, CRM/marketing automation and analytics knowledge.
• Experience with lead generation, customer engagement and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commercial mindset with hands-on execution and autonomy.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English; collaboration with local/international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Belgian marketing plan aligned with commercial strategy.
• Strengthen market positioning, messaging and brand visibility.
• Plan and run targeted B2B campaigns for leads and pipeline contribution.
• Adapt European/global campaigns to the Belgian market.
• Create local content for digital channels, newsletters and sales materials.
• Work with Sales on segments, priorities, leads and follow-up.
• Coordinate customer events, trade fairs, seminars and webinars from A to Z.
• Gather market, customer and competitor insights and translate into actions.
• Manage local marketing budget and external partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs, engagement, leads, pipeline and ROI.
• Improve activities through data, automation and AI.
