Job summary

Chift is building the European leader in financial integration for B2B SaaS and AI agents. We are hiring our first GTM Engineer to industrialize the revenue engine and own the systems that fill our pipeline.

You will design and run multi-channel outbound sequences, own the tooling stack (HubSpot, Clay, LaGrowthMachine, Make/n8n), and ensure data is clean, actionable, and delivered to AEs. You’ll also develop new demand programs and campaigns, then feed learnings back into faster iteration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, RevOps, marketing operations, or as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Comfort with the modern growth stack (HubSpot, Clay, Make/n8n).
• Experience with AI-native outbound, enrichment, and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound machine: multi-channel sequences that book qualified meetings with European fintech/SaaS leaders; own tooling stack and data flows.
• Always Be Launching: launch new lead magnets, events campaigns, and field activations that create demand.
• Bridge marketing and sales: provide warm, contextual leads and enable faster close.
• Own revenue data backbone: dashboards, attribution, metrics, and insights for leadership reviews.
• Make every AE 5x more effective with AI by automating pipeline and admin tasks.
