Hostaway is seeking a Lead AI GTM Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered tools that accelerate our global marketing team. You will map GTM workflows, build agents, and connect platforms to improve performance and ROI.

This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating across Brand, Content, Demand Gen, and Marketing Ops to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Past engineering experience designing and building AI-powered apps and workflows.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows that measurably improve team performance.
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI platforms and GTM tools.
• Experience integrating marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for marketing.
• Create agentic workflows that generate assets and connect to ads platforms.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options for AI/GTM platforms.
• Integrate AI workflows with marketing tech stack and data sources.
• Establish AI quality standards and optimize token usage and costs.
